Information Security Road-map

The information security roadmap is developed using a combination of your organization’s business goals and aligned and prioritized risk mitigation tasks. It contains the technology recommendations and associated information security training to be executed over the next twenty-four (24) months.

Status Reporting

Based on your unique business risk profile and operational needs, the vCISO team creates reports on your network and systems health and other information security metrics that are key to your business.

Initial Risk Assessment

We assess your current information security controls, processes, and technology for your information security program. We take a comprehensive approach that considers your personnel as well as your deployed technology. Through this initial assessment, we identify gaps in your information security strategy. The result determines the technology that can improve or undergo replacement and what training will best enable your existing information security team to reduce risk and improve performance.

Information Security Budget

As part of the engagement, our vCISO team develops an Information Security budget that projects across one year. This budget will target opportunities to optimize your spending and lower costs while improving your security posture.
