Information Technology Road-map
The first two steps generate the information to build your comprehensive technology road map. This road map contains the technology recommendations and associated training to execute over the next twenty-four (24) months.
Status Reporting
Based on your unique business risk profile and operational needs, the vCIO team creates reports for your network health, systems, usage, support statistics, and other IT performance metrics key to your business.
Current State Assessment
We assess your current standard operating procedures and the technology you use to conduct your business’s mission. In this assessment, we take a comprehensive approach that considers personnel in addition to your deployed technology. We identify opportunities for improvement for both human processes and technology. The result determines the technology that can improve or undergo replacement and what training will best enable your existing team to improve performance.
Information Technology Budget
As part of the engagement, our vCIO team develops an Information Technology budget that projects across one year. This budget will target opportunities to optimize spending and lower costs while improving productivity.
Information Security
The Adevonix vCIO engagement includes Adevonix vCISO as a comprehensive package. As Adevonix is a security-focused company, we believe the information security in our vCISO offering is integral to the success of our customers in vCIO engagement. Some competitive vCIO programs look strictly at traditional IT operations and leave vCISO as an add-on service. At Adevonix, we simply feel it is required and should never be an add-on to a comprehensive vCIO program.
